Knitting Day in October - a ottobre

On the 12th of October there will be a special Knitting Day: a new project, lines, and ideas. 

Shades and combinations for the first Fall days, a soft and sweet hug for the first cooler days when at the dusk we look in a romantic way at the sky dreaming of future and past times.

Caramelle pattern

The Caramelle pattern was presented for the first time during the special workshop at Unfilodi  

on Saturday.

The creative idea was born the day that I had the fortune to open with Lulù the packages of these beautiful Ito fibers that had just arrived. And it has been an incredible pleasure to knit them.

It's a free pattern and you can find it here in English and in Italian.

Il modello Caramelle è stato presentato per la prima volta durante il speciale workshop di sabato 

da Unfilodi.

L'idea creativa nacque il giorno in cui ebbi la fortuna di aprire con Lulù i pacchetti di queste meravigliose fibre Ito, che erano appena arrivate. Ed è stato un piacere immenso lavorarle.

A special event - Un evento speciale

On Sunday the 29th of September, during the KnitFashion event, there is going to be the presentation of the book "Ai ferri corti". You will be able to meet and talk about the book and the knitting world with the author, Alice Twain. During the event Natasha Sartini will also present her knitting classes.

Last night, before leaving, I realized that this beautiful basket on the table was the perfect symbol of a perfect day.
