New Pattern - Unit Hat

unit hat 056

hats 013

I created this hat during a winter vacation in the Alps, inspired by the graphic element of the leafless trees among the snow and the cliffs.

I have knitted one for each member in the family, the last one a cute child version in pink for Matilde. I am so happy they love it so much:):)

You can find it here:)

It’s worked in the round with circular needles from the bottom to the top.
I always suggest to try on the work in progress, to check size, ease, and wearability. By doing this, you can knit the perfect fit for your body shapes. In fact, everybody is different and sometimes only some small changes can make the difference, as making the hat longer or wider. Don’t be afraid to customize your hat to adapt it for a perfect fit.

SIZES
CHILD SIZE- head size 54 cm
ADULT SIZE – head size 56 cm
MAN SIZE - head size 58 cm

TAGLE
BAMBINO- circonferenza testa 54 cm
ADULTO – circonferenza testa 56 cm
UOMO - circonferenza testa 58 cm

I love WIPs - Adoro i progetti in corso d'opera

wip 004

One day I started to organize all my WIPs, I looked at them and I felt I had too many (I do have too many, I actually think more than ten right now). Another day I decided that I wanted to have at the most three WIPs at the time...

Then I realized that I love WIPs and that they make me happy, I always have something on my needles, there is always something that I can finish and feel that beautiful and incredible feeling of accomplishment when I look at the finished prject...so of course I can start a new one, there is always a new project to knit, a new project to finish...

Do I get frustrated by the many projects that I still have to finish? I used to...I felt that it wasn't right or correct, once someone had told me (and I can't remember who) that it was wrong to have too many at the same time...but then one day I realized that they make me happy, I love to have a lot of WIPs at the same time.
