Books and yarn - Libri e lana

I am planning some readings for the summer and I definitly want to read these books by Elizabeth Zimmermann: Knitter's Almanac, Knitting Around, and The Opinionated Knitter.

Sto programmando alcune letture per quest'estate e voglio definitivamente leggere questi libri di Elizabeth Zimmermann: Knitter's Almanac, Knitting Around, e The Opinionated Knitter. 

  

I have also chosen the colors for my Color Affection that we will knit in the Ravelry Group Kal from Italy. My favorite ones:)

It's arrived:) E' arrivata

The Holst Garn I had ordered last week has already arrived:) I am so happy, I love the colors, they feel like spring, happiness and lightness. The visual part is so important to me, even in the most hectic and busy days, just looking to a relaxing and beautiful color it makes the difference for me.
Now I have to think about the projects to knit, the most exciting part:))

La Holst Garn che avevo ordinato la scorsa settimana è già arrivata:) Sono così felice, adoro i colori, esprimono primavera, felicità e leggerezza. La parte visiva per me è importantissima, anche nelle giornata più intense e impegnative, solo guardare a dei colori che mi rilassano e trovo belli fa la differenza. 
Ora devo pensare ai progetti da realizzare, la parte più entusiasmante.

At night I keep on knitting my Emozioni version in cotton. I can't wait to finish it and wear it.

Alla sera continuo a lavorare al mio Emozioni in cotone, non vedo l'ora che sia finito per poterlo indossare.

In my dreams I have a really organized stash, home, and work space.

Everything is labelled and divided by color shades and fibers...

The truth is that I love order but I feel frustrated when I put everything in order, I feel like I am taking time from what I love most: to create and spend time with my girls.

So every time I try to find a balance...

but I am aware that my happiness is my creativity and my daughters:)

Nei miei sogni ho uno stash, una casa e uno spazio lavorativo molto organizzato.

Tutto è etichettato e suddiviso in funzione delle sfumature cromatiche e delle fibre...

La verità è che amo l'ordine ma mi sento frustrata quando devo mettere in ordine, mi sento come se rubassi del tempo prezioso da ciò che amo di più: creare e stare con le mie ragazze.

Così ogni volta cerco di trovare un equilibrio...

ma sono consapevole che la mia felicità nasce dalla mia creatività e dalle mie figlie:)
