Dreaming an organized life - Sognando una vita organizzata

Dreaming of an organized life, of everything in place...maybe it's not really me, maybe I am more creative, a day-dreamer...but I must confess that I like everything planned and written, so my mind feels lighter, I am less anxiuos about forgetting things...and I can concentrate better on my work or what I am doing at the moment. Here I have found a lot of free downloadable weekly planners, weekly menu planners, weekly cleaning checklists, amd weekly blog planners. They are all so cute and useful:)

Sognare una vita organizzata, con tutto in ordine...forse non sono proprio io, forse sono più creativa, una sognatrice...ma devo confessare che mi piace avere tutto pianificato e scritto, così la mia mente si sente libera e io sono meno ansiosa di dimenticare cose...e così sono più concentrata sul lavoro o quello che sto facendo al momento. Qui ho trovato agende settimanali, per organizzare i menu, le faccende domestice e i blog, tutte scaricabili gratuitamente. E sono tutte così carine e utili:)

More destashing projects - nuovi progetti riduzione dello stash

 

Here it is:):) My Huldan Takki, my long project of these past two months. It is going to be perfect for the end of September, when the air will be chilly in the morning while walking the girls to school. I have used the Aade Long 8/2 wool...and it is one of my destashing projects:):)

Eccolo:):) Il mio Huldan Takki,  il mio progetto lungo degli ultimi due mesi. Sarà perfetto per la fine di settembre, quando l'aria del mattino sarà più fresca e assolutamente da insoddosare mentre porto le ragazze a scuola. Ho usato la lana 8/2 della Aade Long ..ed è uno dei miei progetti riduzione dello stash:):)

In the meantime, last night I have started a new destashing project: the Tea Leaves Cardigan by Melissa LaBarre with a 100% Merino by Manifettura Sesia. I am really looking foward to this evening, I will knit some more rows of my new cardigan.

Nel frattempo. ieri sera ho iniziato un altro progetto destashing: il Tea Leaves Cardigan di Melissa LaBarre con una Merino di Manifattura Sesia. Non vedo l'ora che arrivi questa sera per lavorare qualche altro giro al mio nuovo cardigan.

Both projects are being knitting with the incredible and wonderful friends on Raverly of the group Kal from Italy.

Decorating notebooks - decorare quadernoni

 

I had some old notebooks that I wanted to decorate, so I took some pieces of fabric, ribbons, glue, and scissors. I cut the fabric, put glue along the sides of the notebook (on in the inside), glued the fabric and then afterwards on the cover pieces of decorative ribbon...and now I am waiting for the glue to dry so I can start using them:):)

Avevo dei vecchi quadernoni che volevo decorare, così ho preso dei pezzi di tessuto, dei nastri, colla e forbici. Dopo aver tagliato il tessuto della misura giusta, ho messo la colla sui bordi interni del quadernone, ho incollato il tessuto e dopo i pezzi di nastro decorativo sulla copertina...e ora devo solo aspettare che la colla si asciughi per poterli usare:):)

Getting Organized - Organizzandomi

 

It is true, as a creative person, my mind loves to wonder among stitches, new ideas, styles, forms or patterns...I always have yarn balls on my desk or on the sofa...they are living parts of my life, as notebooks and books, sheets of papers with sketches and notes...September is the month when I usually decide that I love to be organized, and I start to put everything in lovely boxes on my shelves...

E' vero, in quanto persona creativa, la mia mente ama vagare tra punti di maglia, nuove idee, stili, forme o schemi...ho sempre gomitoli di lana sulla mia scrivania o sul divano...sono parte vivente e integrante della mia vita, come quaderni e libri, fogli di carta con schizzi e appunti...Settembre è il mese quando in genere decido che amo essere organizzata e inizio a mettere tutto in scatole carine sugli scaffali...
